PTO Allowance Summary


Our company offers 10 holidays, 5 company-wide vacation days for our summer break, 15 personal days, and 4 sick days for a total of 34 days off each year.

Requesting Time Off

Do not book any vacation plans before getting approval from your manager. The company is not responsible for any expenses you incur from booking a vacation without approval.

Time off can be requested through HRIS here (link). Time off approval is at the manager’s discretion, and we reserve the right to deny requests for time off outside of the following advance notice windows:

Holidays


Our company observes the following paid holidays each year:

Additionally, all full-time employees get three “floating” holidays each year. These can be used to celebrate a federal holiday like President’s Day or a religious holiday. Floating holidays will not be carried over to the following year.

If either of these holidays fall on a Sunday, the company will observe the next Monday as a paid holiday.
